HiScript IV RT SuperMix for qPCR（+gDNA wiper）为 HiScript III 三代产品的升级产品，包含升级四代逆转录酶 HiScript IV Reverse Transcriptase 及针对逆转录特殊优化的Buffer，进一步提高逆转录反应中 cDNA 合成效率，即便对于低浓度、低表达或降解的 RNA 样本，仍能高效合成 cDNA 。本产品包含基因组清除模块， 2 分钟即可高效去除 gDNA 污染，因此无需跨内含子设计 qPCR 引物。逆转录产物兼容染料法与探针法 qPCR 。

优异的逆转录效率
以 100 ng 动物样本、植物样本、细菌样本的 RNA 为模板，使用 Vazyme #R423 以及市售其他逆转录产品，按照各自说明书推荐程序进行逆转录反应。将得到的 cDNA 进行多个基因的 qPCR 定量分析。结果显示，Vazyme #R423 与 Supplier C 的逆转录效率相当，优于Supplier A、B 相关逆转录产品。

优异的模板兼容性
以100 ng人源FFPE样本、降解293细胞样本（Rin = 1）的RNA为模板，使用Vazyme #R423以及市售其他逆转录产品，按照各自说明书推荐程序进行逆转录反应。将得到的cDNA进行多个基因的qPCR定量分析。结果显示，Vazyme #R423的逆转录效率优于Supplier A、Supplier B和Supplier C。

以7个10倍梯度稀释后的293细胞RNA为模板，使用Vazyme #R423分别对其进行逆转录，然后进行基因A的qPCR检测。结果显示，Vazyme #R423在宽广的RNA投入模板浓度区间内具有良好的线性关系。
